Rodger Ostlund
Rodger joined Halse-Martin in 1974, having graduated form Building Technology at BCIT in 1971. Originally hired as an estimator, Rodger became a partner in 1988. Rodger’s main responsibilities include office management and the supervising of the estimating department. Rodger’s focus is to maintain the high standards for quality and integrity on which the company’s long history has been established.
Roy Reichgeld
Roy graduated from BCIT Building Technology in 1984 and joined Halse-Martin Construction as an Estimator. Roy became a partner in 2003 and is responsible for overseeing all projects and staffing issues. Roy’s dedication and attention to detail ensure customer’s needs are consistently met. Roy still enjoys Estimating and Project Management as a part of his daily routine.
Kevin Hayward
Kevin started with Halse-Martin in 2003 after spending several years as an owner’s representative in the financial services sector, including I.T. Management.
Kevin brings the understanding of the client’s perspective to every project.
Mark Jackson
Mark joined Halse-Martin in 1989 after graduating from the College of New Caledonia in Construction Engineering Technology. Mark's resposibilities include estimating and project management.
Mark's has come up through the ranks and in his 20 years with the company has developed a long list of satisfied clients and subcontractors who respect his professionalism.
Mike Dias
Mikes is a graduate of BCIT’s Architecture and Building Engineering Technology 2007 diploma program.
His education, construction experience, and skills in estimating and project management make him a valuable addition to the estimating and construction management team.
Mike is schedule and cost motivated and he excels under pressure and tight deadlines.
Wendy Kelly
Wendy’s responsibilities include accounting and reception. Wendy is the backbone of the financial management of the company and her attention to detail along with a cheerful attitude are very appreciated by the staff, suppliers and clients.
